Pride 2008 Attendance & Stats
 The 2008 Pride Celebration was an overwhelming success! We will be releasing our full Annual Report in August, but wanted to share the following estimated attendance information right away.
About Our Attendance Figures
Please note that attendance figures for the Festival and Parade are estimates. They are based off of estimates given by the Minneapolis Park Police and the local media.
Attendance at the Pride Art Show is based on the count by the host/venue (Pi Bar in 2008), while figures for the Pride Picnic represent 1/3 of the total of burgers, hot dogs and ears of corn served, rounded to the nearest one-hundred. Figures for the Pride Boat Cruise are accurate based on ticket sales and a count of those boarding the vessel. |
