SUMMARY:Minnesota Deaf Queers Rainbow Family Cookout
DESCRIPTION:Minnesota Deaf Queers is hosting it’s first Rainbow Family Cookout at Highland Park Shelter in Saint Paul\, Minnesota. \nCo Chairs- Cookie Brand\, Kathy Manlapas\, and Riss Leitzke working to coordinate an event where Deaf\, DeafBlind\, Hard of Hearing\, LGBTQ+ of all ages and their families can come together\, socialize and celebrate. Welcoming booths to be at the cookout to network and share resources for services. Most attendees will be using American Sign Language\, Tactile Communications and many will know spoken language. ASL is the primary mode of communication at this event.
