DESCRIPTION:Writer to Writer is a series featuring conversations between BIPOC (Black\, Indigenous and people of color) writers. \nThis program takes place at Quatrefoil Library. Join us during Pride month to celebrate the 32-year history of Queer Voices\, a Twin Cities based LGBTQIA+ literary arts group that began with founding curators Andrea Jenkins and John Medeiros. \nCurrent curators LM Brimmer and Sherrie Fernandez-Williams will join Jenkins and Medeiros in a discussion of their writing lives and share stories about how the queer literary community in Minnesota creates space for all voices across our big\, beautiful and bold rainbow. Followed by Q&A. Collaborators: More Than a Single Story\, Queer Voices and Quatrefoil Library. This program is funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
