Calliope Women’s Chorus has been around since 1976 as the second-oldest feminist treble choir in the country and the oldest group in the Twin Cities’ Queer Music Consortium.For 50 years\, we have been helping marginalized voices be heard and amplifying messages of social justice while providing a welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies to make music together. This spring we’re celebrating Gender\, Friendship\, and Legacy throughout our run as a choir. We’ve grown and changed so much over the years and we’d love to have you with us.

DESCRIPTION:The Minnesota Strike\, your local professional women’s and gender expansive ultimate frisbee team\, is having a Pride Game as our third and final home game of the 2026 season. The Strike will be facing off against the Austin Torch\, another women’s and gender expansive ultimate frisbee team in the Premier Ultimate League. The game is at 1:00pm on Sunday\, June 7th at Sea Foam Stadium (Concordia University). \nAs in years past\, we are celebrating all things Pride at our June game\, and this year we have some special things prepared. First\, we will have a ceremonial opening pull from Jillian Hiscock\, the owner of A Bar Of Their Own. There will also be sign making and assorted halftime activities for fans to engage with during the game. Finally\, after the game wraps up around 3:00pm\, everyone is invited to join both teams at The Black Hart of St Paul for an after party with drink specials for all Strike fans. We hope to see you there with your best sporty Pride outfits!
