DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Family Pride Run/Walk & Vendor Fair! Our goal is to create a safe\, welcoming\, and affirming environment where LGBTQ+ individuals\, their families\, and friends can feel a sense of belonging\, celebrate their identities\, and build a community of support and acceptance in the Chisago Lakes area. \nJoin us at Chisago Lakes Middle School for a day of fun and fitness for the whole family\, Lace up your sneakers and choose to run or walk our 5K (begins at 10:00) or 1 Mile (begins at 10:10) event. After you’ve worked up an appetite\, make sure to check out our Vendor Fair to support local businesses and enjoy delicious treats. There will be a Kids’ Fun Zone with several games and activities sponsored by the Chisago Lakes Affirming Churches. Attending the Fair is a great way to spend time with your loved ones.
