VENDOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
2022 FOOD FESTIVAL VENDOR INFORMATION
This application is for FOOD Vendors only.

We seek involvement from those participants who affirm and support our unique message: that the Pride celebration commemorates and continues the fight against discrimination and the struggle for equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer + persons and their families.
Before starting the application, please have the following electronic documents available:
Tax form – ST19 and Liability Insurance are REQUIRED.
The 50th Annual Twin Cities Pride Festival will be held on June 25-26, 2022, in Loring Park, assuming current pandemic guidelines will allow.
PRIDE MARCH (PARADE)
The Pride March is planned for Sunday, June 26 at 11 am. Registration for spots in the march will be opened March 1, 2022.
Booth/space fees must be paid by credit card, Venmo, money order, purchase order, or check by mail.
All payments and Food Permit applications must be received by June 10, 2022 All payments will be processed at the time of application.
All applicants will incur a three-percent payment processing fee.
Processed payments DO NOT ensure your acceptance as a vendor. FEES, excluding the processing fees, will be returned if your application is not approved.
Note: You will receive an email after you’ve completed registration.
This DOES NOT mean you have been accepted, just that your application has been received.
In addition to booth/space fees, all food vendors are required to pay 20% of gross (after tax) to Pride as we must pay the Minneapolis Park Board a percentage of all sales during the festival.
This fee will be collected each day of the festival from your booth/space by official Pride personnel. Once registered and accepted, you will receive a copy of this year’s form in a reminder email so you will be ready for Pride personnel.
YOUR LISTING IN LAVENDER MAGAZINE’S SPECIAL PRIDE SECTION
As part of Twin Cities Pride’s 50th anniversary, Pride is collaborating with Lavender Magazine to create a special Pride Section in Lavender’s June 16th edition and your organization or business will receive a complimentary listing featuring the name and short description of your organization or business. Listings will be categorized alphabetically by color-coded location within the park and will appear in the print and digital versions of Lavender’s June 16th edition.
Towards the end of this application, you will have the opportunity to express your interest in purchasing an ad in Lavender’s June 2nd and/or June 16th issues. A portion of these ad sales will benefit Twin Cities Pride.
If you require power, please be sure to indicate all the items that need power. Twin Cities Pride will not be responsible for loss of power during Festival operation due to overuse of generator. You are required to provide any appropriate connection cords.
FOOD BOOTH SET-UP
Set-up begins on Friday, June 24 at 7:00 AM, no set up will be allowed before this time unless arranged with Fanfare staff.
While we have overnight security, they can’t be everywhere at once. Please do not leave valuables overnight.
Cars will be permitted to drive into and out of the park during set-up.
All vehicles MUST BE OUT OF THE PARK BY 5:00 PM FRIDAY, as cement barriers will be placed at all entrances/exits at this time.
NOTE: YOUR ACCESS PASS IS NOT A PARKING PASS
It allows you to drive into the park to drop your items and then MOVE OUT and park elsewhere. Come back on foot to set up your space. Pride does not provide vendor parking.
It you choose to set up Saturday morning (6am – 9am), please be aware that no vehicles will be allowed in after 8:30 AM and must be out of the park by 9:00 AM, when the barriers are placed.
No vehicles are allowed in the park Saturday evening or Sunday morning.
Once your food truck/booth/space is set up, it is not allowed to be removed until Sunday night.
To ensure the safety of attendees leaving the park, vehicles are not allowed into the park before 7 PM Sunday.
ALL Vendors are REQUIRED to obtain Liability Insurance.
