2026 Food Vendor Terms & Conditions

2026 TWIN CITIES PRIDE FOOD VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By completing this application, you agree to and understand the following:
 
  1. Abiding by the mission of Twin Cities Pride: The mission of Twin Cities Pride is to empower every LGBTQIA2S+ person to live as their true self. We envision a future where all LGBTQIA2S+ people are valued and celebrated for who they are. We seek involvement from those participants who affirm and support our message: the Pride celebration commemorates and continues the fight against discrimination and the struggle for equality for LGBTQIA2S+ people and their families.
  2. Upon submitting your application, you will be charged a $50 non refundable application fee.
  3. Your application remains pending until you receive an approval notification, at which time you will be charged for booth fees and any other charges selected during your application. You will have 2 weeks from the approval date to submit the insurance requirements via the link sent to you in the approval letter. Failure to do so could result in your application being rejected and fees will not be refunded. Once an application is submitted it will be reviewed within 10 days Note: Submitting an application and receiving a confirmation email after you’ve completed the application DOES NOT mean you have been accepted, just that your application has been received.
  4. All fees are due at the time of approval and can be paid via ACH or with a credit card.  Mailed-in checks will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Payment will be charged upon approval to your payment method on file.
  5. By submitting the application, you attest that you have read through all of the information listed on the TC Pride Vendor Info website (link above). 
  6. You understand that if at any time during the Pride Festival it is found that you are spreading any sort of hate message, no matter the type, you will be asked to leave the park and will not receive a refund for any fees paid. Additional fees will be assessed if you leave items behind for Twin Cities Pride to remove and/or dispose of. Also, any violations of Twin Cities Pride rules and regulations may result in additional fees being charged and/or exclusion from participation, both during the event and in the following years.
  7. We DO not guarantee placement in any particular location and reserve the right to move vendors up to the start of the festival. No Portable Generators will be allowed in the park. Portable Generators will only be used by TC Pride for Operations & Sponsors when tapping into larger electrical systems are not available. 
  8. Vendors who do not comply with onsite logistics and regulations, including those given by any licensing agency will not be allowed to open for business and may be asked to leave the park, forfeiting the ability to participate in any way in the festival.  
  9. By submitting this application you agree to using the system provided to you (Clover system) by Twin Cities Pride for all transactions done at your locations. This also includes understanding that you are responsible for payment processing fees of 2.39% plus $0.09 per transaction
  10. You also agree that you will pay 20% of sales minus taxes to Twin Cities Pride which covers 10% to Pride and 10% to the Minneapolis Park Board for permitting fees.
  11. You agree to have either a Minneapolis Seasonal or Short-Term Permit.
REFUND POLICY 
The application fee (charged when submitting the application is non-refundable for any reason. If you are not accepted as a vendor, you will not be charged any additional application fees (booth, electrical, or other selections). Until you are approved, you can withdraw your application at any time and no additional charges will occur.
 
Applicants who have been approved prior to 4/15/2026 have a 2 week window after their approval to request a cancellation and receive a refund of the additional fees, less the payment processing fees. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to [email protected].
 
After 4/15/2026 no refunds will be issued. Failure to provide required documents within the timeframe, such as proper COIs or Food Permits, will result in your application being rejected, and no refunds will be issued.  The Applicant understands that fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE outside of these policies.
 
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
Twin Cities Pride shall NOT be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement (other than payment obligations) due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, earthquakes), severe weather conditions making the venue unsafe, epidemics, pandemics, terrorism, war, riots, civil unrest, government orders or restrictions, strikes, or failure of essential utilities or transportation.
