WE'LL SEE YOU AT THE VOLUNTEER TENT!
Volunteers are the heart of our work at Twin Cities Pride. Our festival and year-round programming are possible because of our volunteers. Your time and skills allow us to have a lasting impact on the LGBTQIA2S+ community here in the Twin Cities.
There are numerous ways to show up and any time you have to give, leaves an impact. We have opportunities that are just an occasional few hours and some that are recurring or year around. Take a moment to create an account in Better Impact where you can find opportunities that meet your needs and interests.

Follow the application link that we shared, then on the first step choose “I already have a username” and sign in with your current username and password.
Sign up for the shift(s) that you want to work:
- Log into Better Impact
- Find “Opportunities” tab
- Click “opportunity list”
- Scroll down to view all of the festival volunteer roles
- Sign up!
Yes! You can sign up for as many shifts that you can logistically and physically do.
If you are no longer able to make a shift you have signed up for, please log into Better Impact and remove yourself. If you are unable to figure out how to do this, please email Anne and [email protected] to let her know you need to be removed.
Yes, you can sign up with a friend, just have your friend create an account and sign up through Better Impact.
You will receive details about your shift(s) in the weeks leading up to the festival weekend.
