Welcome to Seal Dwyer Counseling! Please attend this event!
Welcome to Seal Dwyer Counseling! We are central Minnesota’s gender-affirming therapy practice. We provide help for people with chronic trauma, gender and sexuality challenges, neurodivergence, relationship conflicts, and body image issues. We offer a harm-reduction approach: treating trauma with EMDR. Our counselors and therapists treat PTSD, DID, Gender Dysphoria, Autism/ADHD, and trauma- or gender-related concerns, as well as stress, anxiety, depression, and other issues affecting our daily lives.
This is where you will find mental health therapy and movement classes in St. Cloud to integrate body and self, feel comfortable in the world, and express your resilience.
Trauma affects and infects every part of a person’s life. We believe that most diagnoses are because of trauma. Trauma impacts physical health, emotional health, mental health, and relationship health. Helping one person helps the whole system; as we heal the systems, we heal the world.

David K’s album Big News Cafe is a country pop album, in which Phil Solem of The Rembrandts plays bass on multiple tracks, recorded in Nashville and Minneapolis. His album Lonely Blue Dreams was inspired by a song he dreamed, or… did the late Roy Orbison send it to him? It holds 5 Roy hits by David’s band and 7 dreamed songs, as well as 1 tune requested to be written by David for Roy Orbison’s manager in 1992.
