Terms of Use

By accessing the wireless network, you acknowledge that you’re of legal age, have read and understood and agree to be bound by this agreement, and represent that you have the legal authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all persons and legal entities that you represent, sufficient to cause all such persons and entities to be legally bound to these terms. You also warrant and represent that you have the legal authority to accept these terms on behalf of the owner of the device you are using to access the wireless network, in the event you are not the device owner.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WIRELESS NETWORK.

Your access to the wireless network is completely at the discretion of Twin Cities Pride.

Your access to the wireless network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of this agreement, actions that may lead to liability for Twin Cities Pride, disruption of access to other users or networks, or violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Twin Cities Pride does not allow the connection of access points, routers, hotspots, range extenders, or any other unapproved equipment to the wireless network. In addition, Twin Cities Pride does not allow re-broadcasting, repeating, or resale of the wireless network. The wireless network is strictly intended for use by client devices such as laptop computers, tablets, smartphones and point-of-sale terminals.

The wireless network is a best-effort service with no guarantee of connectivity, performance, range, bandwidth or speed. Many things can affect the availability and quality of the wireless network, including, but not limited to, network capacity, your device, location, terrain, buildings, foliage and/or weather.

Twin Cities Pride reserves the right to manage throughput, limit access to, and/or prioritize traffic within the wireless network as needed using generally accepted technical measures.

You agree not to use the wireless network for any purpose that is unlawful and take full responsibility of your actions.

All wireless network communication is subject to monitoring and/or logging by Twin Cities Pride.

Twin Cities Pride reserves the right to remove, block, filter, or restrict by any means at Twin Cities Pride’s sole discretion, content that may be illegal, may subject Twin Cities Pride to liability, or may violate this agreement, although Twin Cities Pride has no obligation to do so.

Twin Cities Pride may cooperate with legal authorities and/or third parties in the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong.

The wireless network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Use of the wireless network is subject to the user’s own risk. Twin Cities Pride cannot accept any responsibility for any injury or loss that results from inaccurate, unsuitable, offensive, or illegal Internet communications.

Twin Cities Pride cannot be held responsible for ensuring the privacy of any sensitive/confidential or financial information users may send over the wireless network. Virus and security protection is the user’s responsibility. Information passing through the wireless network may not be encrypted, nor secured, and could be monitored, captured, or altered by others. Twin Cities Pride disclaims any liability for unauthorized security breaches and encourages all users to adhere to good security practices.

You hereby release Twin Cities Pride, its suppliers, licensors, officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from liability for any loss, damage, infringement, or injury which you may sustain as a result of accessing the wireless network. You agree to be solely responsible for any such loss, damage, infringement, or injury.

Twin Cities Pride reserves the right to change the wireless network offered, the features of the wireless network offered, or the terms of this agreement without notice to you.

Wireless network access charges are non-refundable. Refunds due to sustained service failures will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be requested at Vendor Central or Festival Operations.

The wireless network is managed by Twin Cities Pride. On-site technical support is provided during event hours. For questions contact Vendor Central or Festival Operations.
