When someone we love shares more of who they truly are, it changes the people around them too. Over the past four months, Kesha (she/her/ella), a parent to a gender-expansive adult child, has been holding an 8-week group for parents, guardians, chosen family, and friends.
In this small, relational space, participants explore simple movement, breath, and rest practices while tending to their own shifting experiences. It’s not about performance, expectation, or “fixing” anything, it’s about noticing, connecting, and being with others walking a similar path.
The next group begins November 15, 2025. If you or someone you know might benefit, Kesha welcomes questions and conversation.
This is a space built on care, listening, and shared humanity, one that grows from the courage of gender-expansive folks and the communities that support them.
