Celebrate 50 Years with Minnesota’s oldest Queer Feminist Chorus this spring. Calliope Women’s Chorus has been around since 1976 as the second-oldest feminist treble choir in the country and the oldest group in the Twin Cities’ Queer Music Consortium.For 50 years, we have been helping marginalized voices be heard and amplifying messages of social justice while providing a welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies to make music together. This spring we’re celebrating Gender, Friendship, and Legacy throughout our run as a choir. We’ve grown and changed so much over the years and we’d love to have you with us.
