Sober Pride Minnesota 2023

Join us for The 3rd Annual Sober Pride Minnesota!
June 23rd, June 24th & June 25th!
Friday, June 23rd join us at Hennepin United Methodist Church
From 6:30pm – 9:30pm
7pm: Minnesota Recovery Connection presents
1. Different Paths of Recovery
2. New vs Old recovery language.
3. Overdose and Suicide
4. A Narcan Education/Training
7:45: Break & Pizza! (Provided by Mother Clucker’s)
8 to 8:45pm: A Call-Up meeting for attendees to share their experience around the night’s presentation.
8:45 – 9 pm: Guided Meditation-
Chanin Zellner will lead our guided meditation. Chanin is from the Twin Cities, she is a quantum healer and a mindfulness coach, who has a passion for helping people overcome trauma. Learn more about Chanin Zellner @ The Light Vessel: www.thelightvessel.com
9 – 9:15pm: Clean Up!
Thoughout the night, we will be asking for donations. All donations will be invested into the current and the next Sober Pride Minnesota event.
This is an Adult Appropriate night.
Saturday, June 24 & Sunday, June 25th
11am – 5pm, Sat & Sun.
We will be grilling in Loring Park.
Both Sat & Sun there will be 3 – Two hour shifts (Between 11am to 5pm) at the Sober Pride Minnesota tent/booth, in Loring Park.
We will need grillers and servers for the Hotdogs & Pre-packed Chips for each of those 2 hour shifts.
Thoughout each day, we will ask for donations. All donations will be invested into the current and the next Sober Pride Minnesota event.
The tent is a safe space for people in recovery, for fellowship with one another and a resource hub for recovery.
Sat & Sun is open to Children.
