Introducing “Ceol on the River,” an outdoor concert experience with a distinctive Irish accent. A production of the Irish Fair of Minnesota, the inaugural Ceol on the River concert will be held Thursday, Aug. 7 on Saint Paul’s scenic Harriet Island. Lineup includes Roisin O, The Belfast Cowboys, and headliner The Coronas direct from Dublin.
