Grab the Leash — Let’s Paw-rade!
Once led by the Nicollet Island East Bank Neighborhood Association, the beloved Dog Parade is back—and it’s going to be paws-itively awesome! This year, the East Bank Neighborhoods Partnership is unleashing the fun in true East Bank style—and your furry friend is officially invited.
Meet us in the large green space off Main St., South of E Hennepin Ave & Merriam St. Bridge and North of the Central Ave underpass
Bring your pup (and their people) for a tail-wagging good time as dogs of every breed, size, and age parade proudly down Hennepin Avenue. After the strut, stick around Historic Main Street Park for a bark-worthy celebration featuring:
-Local businesses & pet-friendly vendors
-Treats and tail wags
-Paws-itively fun contests with prizes
-A chance to sniff out new friends from around the Twin Cities!
Whether your dog is a seasoned show-off or just wants to fetch some attention, this free event is sure to be the ulti-mutt evening out. 🐶 Volunteer or Donate! 🐾 It takes a pack to pull off a paw-some event like the East Bank Dog Parade, and we’d love your help! Whether you’re great at herding humans, handing out treats, or setting up the paw-ty, we’re looking for volunteers to lend a paw before, during, and after the event.
