Linking Families and Teens (LiFT) is a family connection program for youth ages 13-19 and their supportive adult(s).
This program aims to improve teen sexual health by fostering open, honest communication between youth and their supportive adults. By strengthening these relationships, it helps increase teen confidence in preventing unplanned pregnancy, supports adults in feeling more comfortable with youth accessing sexual health services, and works to reduce stigma and shame around these conversations.
