Celebrate Pride Month at Mia this June! Try out various media in a still-life workshop led by local queer, non-binary artist Lindsey Cherek Waller, featuring floral arrangements by Ergo Floral. Experience Drag Story Hour with Old Man Zimmer and Sid Sity, whose mission is to celebrate diverse, creative, and healthy gender expression for children and their caring adults using the arts. Enjoy a selection of short films celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community, curated by the MSP Film Society. Take home coloring sheets designed by local queer artists Noah Lawrence-Holder and Harper Steinbach. And explore Mia’s huge collection of art celebrating various identities as you go on a gallery hunt.
