LGBTQI Women’s Halloween Dance

Hello dancing women* and those who enjoy watching,

Halloween comes early this year! Our LGBTQI Women’s Dance is Saturday, October 17! Join us at 6 for the social hour. You can order drinks or dinner from the menu, if you wish. (Credit cards are accepted for food purchases.)
Dancing starts at 7 and goes til 10. DJ K. Shay will play songs to get the spooky vibe going!
Halloween costumes are encouraged, but never required. There will be a costume contest! Let’s make it epic!
Where will all this fun be happening? At the Minneapolis Eagles Club #34! It is located at 2507 25th St. in south Minneapolis. There is free parking in the lot behind the building and also on the street.
There is a $12 cash cover charge at the door, due to sales tax and a rent increase.
Remember, we have a Give-n-Take Sharing Table at every dance, so bring items you would like to donate, and take home a treasure! Ideas: LGBTQI or other books, clothes, jewelry, kitchen or household items, yarn, beads, house plants, small tools.
Bring your business cards, job descriptions and flyers for other LGBTQI events of interest for our Community Resources Table.
We have Dance Ambassadors who can greet you and dance with you and help introduce you to other attendees.
There’s a photo booth to take selfies with your new (or old) friends!
Age 21+
*All queer women, especially transwomen and those friends who once were women but now refer to themselves as non-binary, are welcome.  Heterosexual women supporters are welcomed as allies. These are hard times and we need each other, and some dancing joy!
