Royalty is not your typical choir concert. This show brings together music, drag, and storytelling to explore what it means to claim your crown fully. Through a mix of the anthems of both the dance floor and familiar songs and lesser-known works, the program moves between joy, reflection, and resistance. Woven throughout are glimpses of queer history and lived experience, past and present. The result is not a single narrative, but a layered one. At its core, the show asks what it means to hold your own sense of worth, and not let it be taken.
