Widening Ely’s Welcome: Protecting and Embracing Our LGBTQIA2S+ Neighbors

Join Ely neighbors, the local AAUW chapter, and Prism Organizing Network leaders for a morning conversation about LGBTQIA2S+ life in the Ely area.
We’ll talk about the joys and challenges of being queer or trans in northern Minnesota, and about the ways we can build a more welcoming community together.
Whether you’re LGBTQIA2S+ yourself, love someone who is, or just want your community to be a place where everyone belongs, there’s a seat for you. Folks from Babbitt, Tower, Cook, the Iron Range and beyond are welcome.
